Refund and rescheduling:

Refunds are not available as preparation begins immediately upon receipt of your payment. You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you do so at least 8 hours in advance. If you do not show up within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled consultation, the session will be canceled without a refund.
